Sequencing and Genotyping Facility (SGF)

This facility provides the resources needed for
running sequencing, genotyping and fragment analysis applications. Full service includes all sample
pre-processing procedures, general oligonucleotides for sequencing such as T7,
SP6 and M13 primers. Workshops for the
different techniques are also available.
The instruments include: Genetic Analyzer, DNA Analyzer and an Imaging
System.
